Dr. GD Singh
Dr. GD Singh is the visionary founder of UB, a global authority, network, and venture ecosystem designed to architect legacy positioning for accomplished leaders who refuse to be invisible.
With a multidisciplinary background spanning authority architecture, global forums, venture structuring, and leadership positioning, he has built UB as a structured platform integrating visibility, strategic access, and capital expansion into one institutional framework.
His leadership philosophy is rooted in long-term positioning — not temporary recognition. Under his direction, UB has expanded across continents through international publications and leadership forums, structured executive networks, venture and capital advisory engagements, and institutional collaborations across trade, diplomacy, and accreditation.
Dr. Singh believes that leadership must be documented, positioned, and structurally elevated to create enduring influence. As the founder of CIAC Global (est. 2009), WPDO (est. 2011), and AACCI, he has built an institutional network that spans the United Nations system and professional bodies across more than 50 countries.

Dr. Neetu Singh Marwah
Dr. Neetu Singh Marwah serves as Co-Founder and Group Managing Director of UB, overseeing operational alignment across authority platforms, network structures, venture initiatives, and institutional programs.
She leads the execution architecture that transforms strategic vision into measurable ecosystem impact. With deep expertise in platform management, brand integrity, program structuring, and cross-vertical coordination, she ensures seamless integration across UB’s three pillars — Authority, Networks, and Ventures.
Under her operational leadership, UB maintains delivery excellence, structural discipline, and long-term ecosystem sustainability. She plays a central role in translating institutional vision into structured outcomes — ensuring that every client interaction, every product delivery, and every platform decision reflects the standards UB was built on.
As host of the Passion Vista Podcast — one of the UB ecosystem’s most distinctive thought leadership platforms — Dr. Neetu brings nine years of editorial credibility and personal engagement to the leaders who join the UB conversation.
